Recommended Heat Press Settings (Uncommon Cloth Blanks)
Tested on HVRONT Auto Press — adjust slightly as needed for your press
- Temperature: 385°F – 400°F
- Time: 45–60 seconds
- Pressure: Medium
- Pre-press: 3–5 seconds to remove moisture & wrinkles
- Protective sheet: Parchment or Teflon on top of transfer
💡 Our Preferred Setting: 375°F for 50 seconds with medium pressure
This balance reduces the risk of scorching or press marks while still delivering vibrant, lasting sublimation results.
Tips for Best Results
- Always test first on a scrap piece or hidden area — presses and inks vary.
- Higher temperatures (390–400°F) can produce brighter colors, but watch closely to avoid press marks.
- Place protective sheets above (and optionally below) the garment to prevent ink bleed.
